About Us
Founded in 1994 by Al Pageau, a Registered Nurse, the agency began with a focus
on providing needed psychiatric home health in a community where few
agencies were offering this program. Over the years, All Nursing Home
Health Services, Inc. has expanded both its services and service area.
Through significant restructuring and program development, the agency
began to offer care to most persons appropriate for home health services.
Many of our managers and clinicians hold advanced degrees and bring extended
years of experience, thus providing the foundation to support our cost-effective,
outcomes-oriented health care team. Through our commitment to quality, we met our
next goal of achieving Joint Commission Accreditation, largely due to our IOP
(Improving Organizational Performance) plan and leadership of our quality management area.
Presently, we have two specialty programs: psychiatric home health and wound care. In 1996,
we expanded our service area to include an office in Galveston and now provide care
in Harris and contiguous counties, as well as the Gulf Coast region.
Perhaps our greatest strength is in the development of our outcomes program,
a mechanism whereby clinical progress can he measured and provided to physicians,
discharge planners, care givers, and payor sources. National benchmarks are soon to he
established as models for wound care. However, providing quality "hands-on care" remains
our primary goal. Our dedicated leaders and staff commit themselves to the provision of
excellent patient care and service in order to meet health care needs within our communities.
