I am the founder of All Nursing Home Health Services, Inc. Houston, Texas and began the company in 1994. I graduated from CV/PH Hospital School of Nursing and attended Plattsburgh State University College of New York to further my studies. I have over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, ranging from Staff Nurse, to Supervising Nurse, to Director of Nursing, supplemental nurse staffing agency owner, to home health agency owner. I have worked in numerous medical and business environments, spoken nationally on Psychiatric Home Care, was President of the Houston Association of Psychiatric Nurses (HAPN), and treasure of the Texas Nurses Association District 9. I’m a member of the Texas Association for Home Care (TAHC).

Chris Cowart:
Marketing/VP of Business Develop
I have been in business development / marketing for 17 years and 15 years in healthcare. My healthcare career began in 1995 as a marketer working for a healthcare contract company managing a geriatric psychiatric unit and skilled nursing unit at Southmore Hospital in Pasadena Texas. I then transferred to Texas City where I worked for Danforth Memorial Hospital that later merged with Mainland Medical Center. I later attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in pursuit of a Masters in Healthcare Administration. After the birth of my children I moved on to partial hospital programs and in 2000 I began my career in home health. I have worked in home care and hospice and have been with All Nursing Home Health Services, Inc. for 4 years. I enjoy working with the caring professional staff of All Nursing Health Services, Inc. in the atmosphere of dedication to quality patient care. Many people ask how our nurses and therapists feel about working with psychiatric patients, and I tell them that we treat our patients how we want our family to treat us, with patience and respect. The patients under our care are not just revenue sources for All Nursing, there our family. We view the caring of each patient in their home, as a privilege and that is why I am so proud to be a part of All Nursing Home Health Services, Inc. When you get to take care of sick people in their homes it’s hard to call it work.

I have been a Registered Nurse for 22 years and have been in home health for 15 years. I have been with All Nursing Home Health Services, Inc. for 7 years. I started as a field nurse, then QA nurse, Case Manager, Alternate Supervising Nurse/Director of Clinical Services and now Administrator. Our company is always looking for staff who are interested in working for an established agency that actually believes in its slogan “First in Care, First in Caring”.

Accountant
I’ve been an accountant for over 20 years, specializing in health care; doctors, dentists, clinics, etc. I came to Houston in 2004 and All Nursing Home Health Services, Inc. has been my first and only job since then. I enjoy working with the Administrator, bridging the gap between Clinical and Finance. My jobs are many and I love doing all of them! I enjoy working behind the scenes supporting the nurses and staff that take care of our patients

I have been a registered nurse for 19 years, relocated from New Orleans post Hurricane Katrina. I've worked several areas of nursing: med-surg, adult and children psych, and oncology.

I have been a nurse for 18 years. I have worked in the home health industry for 17 years and as an IV and wound care nurse, etc. Making patients and their families feel at ease about their ongoing medical issues is not only a challenge to me, but very rewarding when the patient is able to go back to their previous level of functioning after an illness or injury.

Marcia Harmon :

My career in the health care industry started years ago. You could say that I’ve always had a heart for helping people and interested in the medical field. When I was in high school, I volunteered as a Candy Striper at a local hospital. One thing led to another and soon I was a hospital ward clerk. I worked at the hospital for many years until an opportunity arose that took me a step closer to my passion. I left the hospital to join a hospice type facility where terminally ill patients could reside during their final stages. From there my career took me to supplemental staffing and finally to home health. My career has been like building blocks, preparing me for the next step, everything connected, bringing years of experience and knowledge with me.

Patsy Williams:
Medical Records
I have worked for All Nursing Home Health for 4 1/2 years. Prior to All Nursing Home Health I worked with Park Plaza Hospital and Harris County Hospital District for 17 years. My job included but not limited to assisting physician regarding
deficiencies and delinquencies to ensure order were completed in a timely manner,
acted as a birth registrar assisting patient and there family member when needed.
Processed all release of information request, answer phone and faxed to various
offices and hospitals. My duties here is answering phone, medical record, provide
the best service I can obtaining physician orders, provide medical supplies to our
field nurse and work as a team player with all the staff. I know the staff appreciate
what I do.

I started my career in the health care industry about twenty years ago. While in college, studying computer science, an opening at a local hospital for a computer operator caught my attention. I applied, got the job and my career in health care began. I was at the hospital for nine years until a friend of mine recommended a home health agency. I was reluctant to leave the hospital, but by joining the home health agency, I was able to expand my knowledge about health care. I enjoy being part of the agency by performing many jobs such as staffing, 485 writer, Oasis transmission, intake and many more.
